The instant misc. petition has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking fair and speedy investigation in the matter.
Mr. Pushpendra Ada, Dy. SP, SC/ST Cell, Barmer, who is conducting the matter, is present in person along with case diary. Learned public prosecutor submits that investigation is at the stage of completion and assures that sincere endeavor will be made to complete the same within a short period and the

investigation will be conducted fairly and impartially without any bias.
