Counsel for the petitioner submits that Police has submitted final report/ closure report in this case.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a counterblast allegation and on the face of it no offence is made out.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that on bare reading of the statement rendered before learned trial court, it cannot be said that prima facie offence is not made out.
This Court, looking into the narrow jurisdiction of the cognizance, at this stage, is not inclined to interfere.
Consequently, the present misc. petition is disposed of while giving complete liberty to the petitioner to take up all his issues before the learned trial court at appropriate stage.
