The same petitioners have already filed S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 3568/2022 for quashing of the same FIR No. 0063/2022 registered with Police Station Aravli Vihar, District Alwar for offences under Section 420, 467, 468 & 120-B IPC.
The earlier petition is still pending for hearing. Though the petitioners have made such a statement of pendency of the earlier petition, the present petition is an abuse of the process of law.
Hence, the petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 500/to be deposited in the victim compensation fund within two weeks.
