In the given factual matrix, the present misc. petition is disposed of while giving liberty to the petitioners to file their bailbonds at the time of filing of charge-sheet. In case, they do not cooperate, the trial court shall be free to proceed against them in accordance with law.
The petitioners shall also have the liberty to take up all their issues before the trial court at an appropriate stage.
