Counsel for the petitioner has shown previous orders of this Court, which are interim in nature vide which investigation was carried on various aspects of the matter.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that by no stretch of imagination it can be a case of closure and as repeated change in

investigation has been done in order to manipulate investigation in favour of accused.
The I.O. present in Court has shown record, which reflects that number of times investigation has been changed hand and almost on all occasions a final/closure report has been proposed. Today also, it is shown by Mr. Gordhan Lal, Addl. SP, Gangapur, Bhilwara (I.O.), who has has lastly conducted investigation and has concurred with all the final/closure reports except one. It is also reflected from record that the Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara has also satisfied himself from record and has agreed with the conclusion arrived at by the Investigating Officers.
The factual report is taken on record.
This Court is satisfied that the investigation has been properly carried out and a reasoned and well explained conclusion has been arrived at.
Both the misc. petitions, thus, are disposed of with liberty to the parties that in case they wish to take legal recourse available to them, they shall be free to do so in accordance with law.
