This misc. application has been filed for making the correction in the order dated 25.11.2022 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc.(Pet.) No.1153/2021. The number of FIR has been mentioned as “58/2020 Police Station Samdari, District Bikaner” whereas, the correct number should have been “59/2020, Police Station-samdari, District Barmer”.
At present Hon’ble Mr. Justice Farjand Ali is sitting at Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to argue the matter through V.C., if the same is listed before His Lordship. Registry is directed to do the needful at earliest and to facilitate listing of the matter before the very same Bench presently at Jaipur preferably during next week as per protocol, if any.
