By way of filing the present Misc. Petition, challenge has been made to the order dated 14.09.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sujangarh, District Churu in Criminal Misc. Case No. 257/2022 titled as “Smt. Baby & Anr. Vs. Abhishek”

whereby the learned Magistrate has allowed the application filed by the non-petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and ordered to pay a sum of Rs. 6,000/- towards interim maintenance to the nonpetitioners from the date of order.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that there is no force in the instant Misc. Petition and the same deserves to be dismissed.
Hence, the instant Misc. Petition is dismissed. Stay application also stands dismissed.
However, the learned Trial Court is directed to decide the main petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
