Learned counsel for the parties seeks intervention of this Court while submitting that a compromise has happened between the parties, thus, the matter may be closed.
Since the offence as involved in the present case pertains to a public functioning, therefore, the compromise as arrived at between the parties, cannot be accepted by this Court.
In view of above, the present misc. petition is dismissed. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
