Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the instant bail applications filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the bail applications preferred by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. are dismissed as not pressed.

However, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the concerned Trial Court within a period of seven days from today, which may consider the bail application(s) of the petitioners on the very same day.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case, it is directed that if the petitioners surrender before the concerned Trial Court within a period of seven days from today and file regular bail application(s) before it, the concerned Trial Court shall consider and decide their bail application(s) preferably on the very same day in accordance with law.
