After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press this criminal misc. fourth bail application, however, prayed that the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019, therefore, the trial court be directed to expedite the trial.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. fourth bail application preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed. However, looking to the custody period of the petitioner, it is expected that the trial court shall expedite the trial.
