At the threshold, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application and made a request that it may be directed to record the statement of the eye-witnesses on preferential basis, as the petitioner is behind the bars since May, 2021.
Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned trial Court is directed to examine the prosecution witnesses namely Shubham, Bhuvnesh @ Bhanu, Sunil, Vikas, Bhaskar, Tinku @ Anup and Lulli @ Sandip on preferential basis. Sincere endeavor shall be made to record the statement of the abovementioned witnesses on preferential basis within four months from today.

Thereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again after examination of the witnesses.
