At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an interim order restraining the arrest of the petitioner is already in currency, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to renew the prayer if occasion would arise.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer as and when the occasion arises.
