Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press these bail applications and seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to renew the prayer after the statements of Manoj and Ravindra Singh are recorded during the trial.

The prayer sought for is granted.

Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.

Learned Trial Court shall make sincere endeavor to record the statements of the aformentioned two witnesses on preferential basis. Thereafter, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move the bail applications directly before this Court.
