At the outset without arguing the cases, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present bail applications at this stage and submits that since the eye-witness has been examined in the trial and only his cross-examination is remained. He, therefore, seeks liberty to move a regular bail application before the trial court.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
Needless to say that he may approach this Court again if, necessity so arises.
