The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 426/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the matter and he is behind bars since 17.10.2020. Learned counsel further submits that Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in different matters of similar nature, has already granted bail. Learned counsel also submits that conclusion of trial is likely to take long time and no useful purpose would be served by keeping accused-applicant behind bars till disposal of the case.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. He has submitted that alleged offence is a

white collar crime which is a crime against society. It is further submitted that 11 cases of similar nature are registered against the accused-applicant.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the there are 11 criminal cases registered against the accused-applicant from the year 2016 to 2021, which are for similar kind of offences, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is not inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant, at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is
