Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the medical and health condition of the appellant is still not upto the mark.
This Court had granted interim bail to the appellant on medical ground vide order dated 09.03.2022, which was further extended from time to time.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the medical report dated 23.08.2022 prepared by SMS Hospital, Jaipur. The report does not disclose anything, which could justify the continuance of interim bail already granted to the appellant.
Consequently, the application for further extension of interim bail is dismissed.
The appellant shall be required to surrender himself before the concerned Jail authorities, on or before 07.09.2022. However, the respondents shall be required to provide to the appellant full medical support as and when required.
