With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 10.06.2005 is f~li-tlter enhanced by Rs. 75,0001- in favour of the claiinant(s)lappeIlantjsj as a fill1 ancl final settlement of the case. The ainount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent 'insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin from the date of this Prder till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account 0.f the claimant(s). 'The awarcl impugned dated 10.06.2005 passed by MACT, Jodhpur-cum-SCIST (P&A) Cases, Jodhpur in Claim Case No. 17012005 (18812003) is modified accordingly.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
