Matter has come up on an application bearing Inward No.1/2022 filed by learned counsel for the parties under Section 151 CPC for disposal of the first appeal in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The said compromise application alongwith compromisedeed (Annexure-A) is duly signed by the parties and whose signatures have been identified by learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes by way of compromise. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties requested the Court to pass an appropriate order for disposal of the appeal in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Having regard to the contents of the compromise-deed and considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, the application is allowed and the appeal is, accordingly, disposed of, in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties and the impugned judgment & decree dated 28.01.2020 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Jhalawar is quashed and set aside.
