Matter comes up on an application (No.1/2022) for withdrawal of the appeal on the basis of the settlement between the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, hence the appellants want to withdraw the appeal.
Application (No.1/2022) is allowed for the reasons stated therein.
The civil first appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequent upon dismissed of the appeal, interim order, if any, stands vacated. Stay application and other pending application, if any, also stand dismissed.
