After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file interlocutory application under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC for disobedience of order of the court passed in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 1773/2021.
Prayer for withdrawal is allowed.
The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
