The present review petitions have been filed against the order dated 28.09.2015, whereby the court directed to make payment of due amount to the petitioners within a period of six months from the said date alongwith interest @6% p.a.

These review petitions have been pending since 2018. Apparently, the order was not complied with within a period of six months as directed and now review petitions have been filed which are also pending for almost three years. Filing of review petitions is based only on the ground that no interest should be imposed on the dues.

This court finds that the directions for paying interest are in

relation to the dues which are to be paid to employees who are already retired.

In view thereof, this court is of the firm view that the order passed by the court does not warrant any interference.

The review petitions are accordingly dismissed.
