The defects pointed out by the office regarding non-filing of the vakalatnama, in view of the fact that same counsel has filed the restoration application, is overruled.
The writ petition was dismissed for non-filing of requisite Pf & notices.
For the reasons indicated in the application, the same is allowed. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3704/2017 is restored to its original number.
