By order dated 27.10.2021, the Additional Commissioner, Panchayati Raj Department as well as the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Barmer were directed to remain present before the Court on account of their not responding to the calls of the Dy. Government Counsel.
Today, CEO, Zila Parishad, Barmer is present in person and submits that on account of some communication gap, he could not brief the Dy. Government Counsel and that no such situation would arise in future.

In that view of the matter, no further action is required to be taken pursuant to the order dated 27.10.2021.
An application has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition on account of subsequent developments.
