Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on restoration application.
For the reasons indicated in the restoration application, supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.26843/2018 is restored to its original number.
The writ petition was dismissed on account of non-removal of defects pointed out by the office. The same may now be removed within a period of four weeks.
On failure to remove the defects within the said period, the order passed today shall come to an end automatically.
