By order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.3376/1999, this court had directed the Tribunal to decide the application within a period of six months. The Tribunal has forwarded a letter dated 04.08.2020 requesting for extension of time because the respondents have not been served till date.
The prayer made by the Tribunal to extend the time for disposal of the case by six months is accepted. The Tribunal be intimated, accordingly.
