Learned counsel representing the parties have submitted that the matter between the parties has been mutually compromised in the spirit of Lok Adalat and a total sum of Rs.3,50,000/- is agreed to be paid to the claimants as a full and final settlement of the case. They further submit that the said amount shall be deposited by the respondent No.3 United India

Insurance Company Ltd. with the Tribunal within two months from today.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the one time settlement arrived at between the parties. The impugned award dated 21.7.2016 passed by MACT, Anoopgarh, Camp Gharsana, District Sriganganagar in MACT Case No.53/2014 is modified to the extent that the claimants shall now be entitled to get a total compensation of Rs.3,50,000/- (inclusive of the amount awarded by the Tribunal) as a full and final settlement of the case. The enhanced amount shall be deposited by the respondent No.3 Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization.
