appellant the school admission form of the victim (Ex.-D7A) was produced, according to which at the time of alleged incident the age of the victim is more than 18 years. Counsel further submits that age of the victim is yet to be determined at the time of final hearing of the appeal. Counsel further submits that the trial court has committed serious illegality in not considering the document (Ex.-D7A). Counsel further submits that the appellant is behind the bars for last about 6 years and 4 months. Counsel further submits that the hearing of the criminal appeal may take long time, hence, the sentence awarded to the appellant may be suspended during the pendency of the criminal appeal and he be released on bail.
