This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:-
“It is therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed your lordships may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and respondents be directed to:-
(i) Call for the entire record pertaining to this selection process including the record of allotment for the post of Sr. Teacher Grade II Competition exam 2016 (Group-I)-Sanskrit Jaipur of the Jaipur Division
(ii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction the impugned order dated

27.09.2018 & 31.10.2018 to the extent giving appointment to the lower meritorious person in Jaipur Division and the order dated 31.10.2018 (Anx-5) qua to petitioner being quashed and set aside, the respondent be directed to provide appointment to the petitioner in Jaipur division at Jaipur according to her merit and preference from the date of similarly situated person with all consequential benefits.
(iii) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the favour of the petitioner may also be passed.”
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that in-compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this court in the matter of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Poonam Sharma (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.815/2019 along with other connected matters) decided on 29.07.2019, the respondents have revised the list of allotment of division, wherein the petitioner has been allotted Ajmer Division in the revised list.
Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed this fact.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
