Petition No.14415/2019, which came to be dismissed by the impugned order dated 08.11.2021.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, we notice that three revenue courts have concurrently come to the conclusion that the original plaintiffs were in actual possession of the suit land. On such basis concurrent finding of facts have been recorded. The learned Single Judge has, therefore, not committed any error in affirming the finding. Therefore no case is made out for interference.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
