The Gram Panchayat, Sindhiyo Ki Dhani has filed this petition against the order of learned Single Judge dated 02.03.2021.

Perusal of the order would show that the same is in the nature of interim measure by the learned Single Judge pending further inquiry. In particular, the learned Judge was impressed by the contention of the petitioners that the construction of Panchayat Bhawan has already commenced, though the funds were not yet received from the Government. The learned Single Judge wanted to examine this aspect.
At this ad-interim stage, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal. Let the appellant persuade the learned Single Judge by producing necessary materials on record. It is stated that the construction of Panchayat Bhawan was going on till the learned Judge passes the order of status quo, it would be open for the appellant to request the learned Single Judge to take up further hearing of the petition at an early date.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
