This appeal which is filed by the State of Rajasthan and its authorities has a few defects, which are yet to be removed. However, learned Additional Advocate General fairly stated that the issues involved in the main appeal are squarely covered by the judgments of this Court, one of them, namely, in the case of State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Vimla Devi which was also upheld by the Supreme Court.
