This appeal is filed by the State Government against an adinterim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 08.12.2020.
Para 9 of the order makes it clear that ad-interim relief was granted till disposal of the stay petition. We would not encourage intra-court appeal against the ad-interim orders unless there are strong reasons for interference.
Let the appellants persuade the learned Single Judge to take up the stay petition as early as possible and decide the same in accordance with law.
The appeal is disposed of.
