a Bench of this Court in D.B.S.A.W. No.877/2019 has been confirmed. Therefore, the present special appeal deserves to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present special appeal is dismissed in the light of order dated 01.07.2021 passed by Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.7797/2021.
