The appellant is aggrieved by an order dated 05.04.2021 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10983/2020 by the learned Single Judge. By the said order, the learned Single Judge while issuing notice of the petition refused to grant interim relief.
It is clarified that this order would not come in the way of the original petitioner from pressing for interim protection in the petition at a later stage and it is always open for the learned Single Judge to examine such a request at an appropriate stage.
We are not expressing any opinion on the merits of rival contentions.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
