In this Public Interest Litigation the petitioner has taken up the issue of non-allotment of land for construction of Gaushala in District Bundi of which according to the petitioner a declaration was also made by the State Government in the budget for the financial year 2018-19.
Counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that though the Government has taken a policy decision, Collector of the District is not cooperating and is not allotting the land nor taking any steps for construction of Gaushala.

In our opinion, this court cannot give direction for carrying out policy matters into the arena of governance.
The petition is dismissed.
