This intra-court appeal is directed against the interim order dated 5.12.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, whereby while granting time to the respondents to file reply to the writ petition, auction pursuant to the notice dated 3.11.2020 has been stayed.
A perusal of the order reveals that the interim order was granted by the learned Single Judge awaiting the reply of the respondents till 7.12.2020.

We do not find any reason to interfere with the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge pending consideration of admission of the writ petition and stay petition preferred on behalf of the writ petitioner.
The special appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
