Instant writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers:-
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordship may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition, and
I) By an appropriate writ, order or directions in the nature thereof, the respondents may be directed to screen the petitioner for alternative employment on medically decategorization grounds and suitably adjust

him in other department with all consequential benefits.
ii) Issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the present case.”
Counsel for the respondents submitted that the relief claimed by the petitioner has been granted by them vide order dated 17.02.2021 and 12.07.2021. A copy of the orders dated 17.02.2021 and 12.07.2021 have placed on record as Annexure4. Counsel further submits that the petitioner himself written a letter for withdrawal of the writ petition, which has been placed on record as Annexure-R/5.
Counsel for the petitioner has opposed the submissions made by counsel for the respondents.
I have perused the record.
Considering the submissions put-forth by counsel for the parties as well as documents submitted by the respondents on record. In my considered view, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file application for recalling of this order, in case of any difficulty.
