This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 23.12.2020 (Annexure-2) passed by the respondents, whereby, petitioner has been transferred from Chhattargarh to Kolayat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is due to retire on 30.06.2021 and close to his retirement, however, he has been transferred.

Further submissions have been made that petitioner may be permitted to file a representation with the respondents and they may be directed to consider the same expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with the liberty to file a detail representation with the respondents and respondents are directed to decide the said representation within a period of 10 days from the date the representation is made by the petitioner alongwith a copy of this order.
