On 18.8.2020, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on noticing the fact that counsel for the petitioner had not turned up and that on few occasions proxy counsel had appeared and sought adjournment, after hearing learned counsel for the respondents, vacated the interim order dated 8.6.2020 and the stay application was rejected. Today also, none has joined on video conferencing on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the present writ petition, inasmuch as, as many as ten defects pointed out by the office have not been removed so far. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
