In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was selected as Patwari on 05.10.2017 and accordingly, joined.

Thereafter, the petitioner underwent the process of selection for Teacher Grade-III vide advertisement dated 12.04.2018, which he did not join in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner's claim to join on the post of Teacher Grade-III was rejected on 15.04.2019 vide Annex.10.
The petitioner has challenged the aforesaid order dated 15.04.2019 at a belated stage on 17.05.2021.
Learned counsel for the respondents has shown this Court to the order dated 20.06.2019, which indicates that an opportunity was given to the petitioner to join on the said post, but he did not join.
This Court looking into the belated claim as well as repeated opportunities given to the petitioner, is not inclined to consider the relief sought in the writ petition by the petitioner.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications also stand dismissed accordingly.
