In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first posting of the petitioner was on merits in 2015, and now, the petitioner has been transferred at the distance of about 300 kms.
Learned counsel for the respondents opposes.
This Court is of the view that the administrative exercise in administrative exigency does not call for any interference in the present case.
