The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 07.09.2021 (Annex.4), where her honorarium as anganwadi worker has been put to an end.
A perusal of the order dated 07.09.2021 itself indicates that the said order is appealable before the Dy. Director, Women and Child Development Department, Jaisalmer.
In view thereof, the petitioner may avail the said remedy before the appellate authority.
If such an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with appropriately by the appellate authority on merit.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
