In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Though the matter comes up on an application (01/21) for early listing of the case, but the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition has become infructuous.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application also stands dismissed. All pending applications stand disposed of. However, on the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Nagaur is directed to ensure expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before it, strictly in accordance with law.
