In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-institution with a prayer to direct the respondent-University to grant NOC for conducting ITEP/M.Ed. Course.
Mr. N.R. Budania appearing for Mr. Rajeev Purohit, learned counsel for the respondent-University has submitted that as a matter of fact, the petitioner-institution took wrong method seeking recognition from the respondent-University and had directly applied to the NCTE without making any application to the respondent-University. It is submitted that if the petitionerinstitution files a fresh application before the respondentUniversity for grant of NOC to conduct ITEP/M.Ed. Course for the

academic session 2021-22, the respondent-University shall consider and decide the same within a period of ten days strictly in accordance with law.
In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent-University, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-institution to file a fresh application for granting NOC to conduct ITEP/M.Ed. Course for academic session 2021-22.
On receiving the said application, it is expected that respondent-University shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of submission of the said application strictly in accordance with law. The stay application as well as all pending applications also stand disposed of.
