Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the writ petition regarding objection to certain questions and their options in the written examination for recruitment on the post of Constable General in pursuance of advertisement dated 04.12.2019 (Corrigendum dated 18.01.2020) is no more res integra and stands resolved by the order dated 12.11.2021 passed by this Court in case of SB Civil Writ Petition No.6589/2021, Krishan Kumar Meena versus State of

Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters. He submits that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer and submits that this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of direction issued by this Court in case of Krishan Kumar Meena (supra).

In case of Krishan Kumar Meena (supra), this Court has directed as under:-

“In view thereof, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to constitute an Expert Committee comprising of experts in the relevant field and to revise the result of written examination, if so required, after consideration of the report of the Expert Committee. However, if the Expert Committee decides to change the option of any question, it shall invite objection to the proposed change by public notice. The aforesaid exercise to be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of submission of a copy of this order.”

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of direction issued in case of Krishan Kumar Meena (supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis in this case also.
