The matter comes up on an application (IA No.01/21) for final disposal of the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the controversy is no more res integra and has been decided by the Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court in RIICO Vs. Jawarilal Jain (D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.173/2019) on 06.07.2020.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The present petition is dismissed in light of the judgment of RIICO Vs. Jawarilal Jain (supra).
