Learned counsel for the respondents categorically submits that the relief in question pertaining to GNM I Year Examination, 2015. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner did not appear in the examination, thus, the petition itself has become infructuous.
In light of such categorical statement, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
