This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to release complete salary of the petitioner for the period he remained under suspension, grant increments as having become due to the petitioner alongwith other service benefits.

Submissions have been made that petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 31.10.2018, however, on an appeal having been filed by the petitioner, the same has been revoked by order dated 30.06.2020 (Annexure-13), however, the consequential benefits to the petitioner have not been accorded further other benefits also have not been accorded.

Submissions have been made that petitioner has been making detailed representations and has issued reminders to the respondents, however, needful has not been done.

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to decide the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks and provide him consequential relief pursuant to the disposal of the representation.

It would be open for the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation alongwith copy of this order.
