In the wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, the Court is functioning virtually and abundant caution is being maintained for the safety of all concerned.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the following reliefs :-
“by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent Authorities may kindly be directed to consider candidature of the petitioner for the post of Beldar or equivalent post to Class IV employee.”
The cause of action for the petitioner arose in the year 2004, as stated by counsel for petitioner. The information sought is also pending since 2013.
