In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly prayed that the prayer no.1 of the petition may be allowed.
In light of such joint prayer, the present petition is disposed of and impugned order dated 02.01.2018 passed by learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Nagaur as well as order dated

01.04.2019 passed by learned Board of Revenue, Ajmer are quashed and set aside. The learned Revenue Appellate Authority is directed to decide the appeal no.1/2018 finally after giving proper opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The interim order dated 21.12.2016 shall remain in currency till the appeal is finally decided. However, learned Revenue Appellate Authority is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. Both the parties shall appear before the learned Revenue Appellate Authority on 07.12.2021.
All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
